Apologies for the rather irregular postings over the last week or so. I’ve been up in Canada on my annual NxNW photoblogger meetup, getting up ridiculously early to take pictures of various fantastic sites in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
This particular image is of the lighthouse at New London on PEI. It was taken this morning at about 6:45am right as the sun started peeking over the horizon. These trips are fantastic fun but the fun is tempered by the fact that sunrise tends to occur rather early resulting in alarms having to be set for 5am each morning. The results can be worth it, though.
