Delving even farther back into my collection of unedited pictures, I came across a group of shots taken between turns 10 and 11 of Circuit of the Americas during its inaugural racing weekend back in 2012. Here’s Lewis Hamilton, then driving for McLaren-Mercedes, during FP3 on Saturday, November 17th. He went on to win the race the following day and has now won 5 of the 8 races held since the US Grand Prix came to Austin.
