No visitor to Austin should leave without taking a trip to South Congress Avenue to check out iconic western wear store, Allens Boots. I love this place – the rows of exquisitely decorated boots, the stacks of Stetsons, the snakeskin belts, the friendly, helpful staff and the amazing smell of leather that hits you as you walk through the door.
