Looking up Shoal Creek

The view looking north along Shoal Creek from a position above Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin, Texas.

For those interested in the technical aspects of this series, the previous five images were blended from multiple, bracketed exposures after I had downloaded the pictures from the drone. This image, however, was generated using the drone’s vertical panorama feature (with some minor adjustments in Lightroom after the flight).

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/2.8
  • Camera: FC3411
  • Focal length: 8.38mm
  • ISO: 300
  • Shutter speed: 1/15s
