This eye forms part of a rather excellent steampunk sculpture called “The Navigators” which takes pride of place in the centre of Hay’s Galleria, a covered shopping arcade on the south bank of the Thames in London. The sculpture by artist David Kemp, was installed in 1987 during renovation of the galleria.
