I’m staying with the bird pictures today. Here’s another of the Great Blue Herons (Ardea herodias) from Fort Morgan beach in Alabama. This one took off and flew behind me along the dune line as I stood by the water photographing the other birds fishing. I managed to turn and grab a few frames and was pleasantly surprised to find that several were sharp. The AI bird tracking auto-focus mode on the OM-1 apparently works rather well!
