Empty Superdome

Happy New Year! I’m in New Orleans this weekend for the Sugar Bowl where I’m covering the UT Longhorn Band. So far, it’s been a blast but the big day is today with Texas taking on Washington at 7:45pm tonight. Before then, we have a bunch more rehearsal and some band appearances around the town. This image was taken during yesterday morning’s rehearsal in the Caesars Superdome as I was scouting the best locations for wide-angle shots of this evening’s half time show.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/2.8
  • Camera: OM-1
  • Focal length: 7mm
  • ISO: 400
  • Shutter speed: 1/180s
