Boston Skyline from Fan Pier

After posting yesterday’s image, I found myself wandering through the rest of the pictures I took during that very productive trip up to Boston in 2012. Among the unprocessed images, I found a set of brackets for a blue hour skyline panorama so I processed them and here’s the result. This was taken from Fan Pier, one of my favorite skyline viewpoints in the city. I used AuroraHDR 2018 to process each of the 5 vertical panels from 5 bracketed exposures, merged the panorama in PT Gui Pro, then finished it off in Lightroom. You can find the high resolution version over on my Flickr account.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/11
  • Focal length: 16.4715493333mm
  • ISO: 400
