Nola and the Goose




Nola is a member of the drive team for 9577 Recoil, the team that I help mentor in Dripping Springs. Here she is at last weekend’s Manor competition sporting the team mascot, a goose. The history of the goose goes back to the first year of competition when a mechanism on Recoil’s robot looked like a goose neck and head. Someone happened to have a stuffed goose which they brought to competition and things rather snowballed from there.
