I love the architecture of the new Blanton Museum in Austin – clean lines, great use of wood and limestone and the wonderful roof overhang. The content of the museum is rather mixed, Even though I have a hard time appreciating some of the blank-canvas-style modern pieces, I suppose they are conversation starters and I do love some of the American west oils and watercolours.
