Museum Tunnel

Two of the buildings at the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, Texas are joined by this wonderful tunnel installation. The color cycles approximately every five minutes. Walking through the tunnel with its black walkway and ceiling and white sides colourfully yet blankly lit is a rather disorienting experience.
The museum has interesting rules on photography with only certain rooms allowing it but they appear to actively encourage people to photograph the tunnel even though it is tricky due to the low light and tripod ban.

Prints of this images and reproduction licenses are not available since photography restrictions at the Museum of Fine Art prohibit the sale of images taken in the museum.
