Long Center Swoosh, Austin, Texas

The Long Center for the Arts on Auditorium Shores in Austin is a wonderful example of a renovation. The old Palmer Auditorium was stripped bare and converted into a superb arts complex over the last 5 or 6 years. In deference to the original building, this ring which used to circle the old structure has been left on the north side of the building making a rather striking feature.
