I’m in California this week for the ARM Techcon3 conference where I’m giving a presentation for Texas Instruments. On the flight over, the skies were beautifully clear and our route took us over some wonderful landmarks – the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Yosemite Valley. This image was taken over Las Vegas and, to me, epitomises the way Las Vegas is growing into the surrounding desert. Here we see a golf course right on the edge of the city with the desert beyond.
