I’m a sucker for shooting out of airliner windows even though the results are generally rather iffy or, at least, require a whole lot of Lightroom or Photoshop work to make them usable.
This shot is no exception. It was taken on a flight into California last year (as far as I can remember) and required a lot of effort to pull the lovely receding tones out of the grey mess that came out of the camera.
Hopefully the result was worth it. I love this kind of minimalist, monochrome image.
