Trinity Church & John Hancock Building, Boston




This is my first visit to Boston and it’s every bit as vibrant and interesting as I expected. The weather today was a bit photography-hostile – flat, grey skies and flat, grey light – but I wandered around and took some pictures this afternoon before trying to process them with old tools on my horribly underpowered work laptop.

One of the things I love here is the architectural contrast between the old and new buildings. This shot is an attempt to illustrate that, showing the classical Trinity Church reflected in the contemporary John Hancock Building.
