Beach and Sandal, Grand Bahama

I thought of Dave Nightingale, the undoubted expert on all things related to discarded footwear on beaches (amongst many other things). This was taken on probably the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen – miles of white sand, turquoise water, palm trees. The obvious question, I suppose, is, with all that other amazing stuff to shoot, why did I pick on my nieces flip-flop?
