ABIA: Austin Java Guitar

Here’s another of the shots taken from the scissor lift inside the main terminal at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. This image shows the neon guitar sign above the main coffee shop in the terminal. The nice folks in the cafe turned off the sign’s motor so I could get a complete bracket without the guitar rotating between (or during) exposures.

Love this one Dave. Being a guitar picker from way back, I can relate to the music culture. Interesting combination on that one; Gibson headstock and pickguard with Gretsch position markers, body and controls. I must have missed that model. Oh well, works for me. 🙂

    Mark,

You’re way above my head on this one. As a non-guitar player, I just saw a cool, neon covered red thing on top of the coffee shop and thought it would make a neat picture 🙂
