Texas State History Museum

Sorry for the late post today. My wife and I were away for the weekend to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and we just got back. I’m still not finished editing last weekend’s photos (I’ve whittled the rodeo shoot down from 1000 frames to about 500 so far) so here’s another archive shot. This was taken on a photo walk last summer and shows the front of the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum 45 minutes or so after sunset.

Really like the bold composition, Dave. Is the star as big as it looks or is it just the wide angle. I’ve heard that things are big in Texas. 🙂

Thanks, Mark. The star is huge – about 20-25 feet tall.
