This image was taken from the Columbarium on the second floor of the cathedral, looking back into the nave. This octagonal (if memory serves me correctly), wood panelled, two story room offers a memorial chapel in which the cremated remains of many people are stored in perpetuity. Brass plaques on the walls show the names of those resting there.
