I’ve spent a fair amount of time shooting pictures for the Dripping Springs High School band this football season and I’ve posted a few on the blog. This weekend, though, I finished editing the shots from the last two games I attended so I’m going to run a collection of pictures from them this week. Although the vast majority of the images are of band members, I do also try to capture other elements of the small town Friday night football experience so most of this weeks pictures are not of the band.
The first image shows one of the players during the last practice session prior to kick-off. I was rather disturbed by the amount of punishment it seemed his helmet had taken. Hopefully his head wasn’t in it during this (though I suspect that’s unlikely)!
