Main Grandstand, Circuit of the Americas

Time for another monochrome shot. This was taken on an overcast Thursday morning right before Formula 1 weekend (which was cloudless all 3 days) during a pit walk that I was invited to. We had a chance to walk the pit lane, spy celebs in the crowd and see what the teams were doing as they put the cars together for Friday’s first practice session.

The main grandstand was open for people to wander around that day to and I liked the repeating pattern in the large sunshade and it’s mirror in the smaller shades in the bottom right.
