Thirstly Planet Boiler

I was reminded of these pictures yesterday when I read an article on local craft brewing in a recent issue of Austin Monthly. I shot this picture in Thirsty Planet brewery 18 months or so ago for an article in TravelHost Austin.

The beer brewing scene in Austin has improved enormously in the last 10 years. We now have at least a dozen small brewers and a dozen more brew pubs producing great beers. It’s so nice to have an alternative to the generic stuff produced by so many of the nationally-recognised breweries!
