Continuing with the newly processed shots from last Spring’s trip to Utah, here’s a shot taken at Mesa Arch in Canyonlands National Park. The colour was great that morning with the sunlight reflected onto the bottom of the arch but I rather liked the textures too so decided that this would make a good monochrome.
For those interested in the technical side, this is a 9 exposure HDR merged using the reasonably new “Merge to 32-bit HDR” plug-in from HDRSoft then processed in Lightroom and SilverEfex Pro.
Ha! Oh my Dave, Pro and more Pro my friend! I love this!
