Keeping Informed at Fontainebleau




As a visitor to somewhere like the chateau at Fontainebleau near Paris, you rather expect that everyone there will be walking around in a state of amazement at the historic buildings and beautiful gardens and parkland. Then you realise that the park is in the centre of a normal town and, to the locals, it’s just a pleasant place to take a walk and sit down to read the morning paper.
