Nubble Lighthouse on a Stormy Morning

The storm that delayed my travel up here to the north east appears to have arrived here just after me and we were treated to a grey, drizzly, windy day yesterday for our journey from Boston to Bar Harbor. We stopped in a few places during the journey, the first of which was Nubble Lighthouse in southern Maine. The waves crashing onto the shore made for some fascinating images.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/22
  • Camera: NIKON D700
  • Focal length: 40mm
  • ISO: 100
  • Shutter speed: 1.5s

Fascinating indeed! Love the movement in the waves and the landscape as a whole! Good stuff Dave!
