St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Lanark

I’m visiting my father in Scotland this week and, while he was off at an art class this morning, I took some time to visit a couple of churches in my home town. St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church has recently undergone a major renovation and the building is now absolutely beautiful. The last time I was here was almost 30 years ago when the choir I was a member of, Lanark and Carluke Choral Union, performed in the church.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/8
  • Camera: NIKON D700
  • Focal length: 14mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 4s
