Jeff Finding A Pose

Jeff Donaldson, business manager at Jesse James Firearms Unlimited, was my host on the day of the shoot there and couldn’t have done a better job of showing me around. I wanted to make sure I had at least one good picture of him but we couldn’t come up with a great pose. On the spur of the moment, Jeff joked “How about this?” and I snapped this shot. I think it’s my favourite image of the set and Jeff was kind enough to say he was OK with being featured as a “picture of the day” while flashing me the bird.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/8
  • Camera: CORPORATION
  • Exposure bias: -1EV
  • Focal length: 36mm
  • ISO: 800
  • Shutter speed: 1/125s
