I’m just putting the finishing touches to a collection of images of Austin-area bridges which I’ve been shooting over the last few months. Here’s the view looking north from the end of the Pfluger Pedestrian Bridge which crosses Lady Bird Lake downtown at Lamar Boulevard. What you see here is one of the narrow ramps leading up to the bridge. The main deck of the bridge is wide with cycle tracks, public seating and landscaping, and is a lovely place to hang out if you like people-watching.
