If you’ve hung around me for any length of time in the last couple of years, you’ve no doubt heard me raving about how wonderful Pieous, our local pizza restaurant, is. It’s one of only two in Texas to have official certification from the Italian “Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana” and they make fantastic pizzas, salads and desserts. Josh Kaner, on the right here, is owner and chef and his wife Paige runs “front of house”. The atmosphere is casual and incredibly friendly, they have great beer choices on draft and the food is fantastic. After yesterday’s morning photo walk in Dripping Springs, the group gathered here for lunch and, of course, many snaps were taken.
