Yesterday was the Westlake Marching Festival in Austin and the Dripping Springs Tiger Band took second place overall. Before their finals performance, I took some “behind the scenes” pictures and this is my favourite. Bandmember Victoria is seen between the slats of some of the panels that are used as props during the show. These panels show various images and the slats can be rotated to show or hide the images at particular points in the performance.
