Palouse Dreamscape

I’m playing with my images from last June’s NxNW trip up to the Palouse region of Washington again. This one, taken from Steptoe Butte just before sunset one evening, is one of my favourite views from the trip. I need to give a shout out to Jacob Lucas because his dreamy processing style got me interested in trying something similar here and I rather like the result.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/9.5
  • Camera: NIKON D810
  • Focal length: 600mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 1/250s
