Today’s the big day for 4-H and FFA kids in this area because it’s the opening day of the Hays County Youth Livestock Show. Animals and home-skills (cooking, textiles, art, photography) projects were checked in at the Ranch Park last night and two days of judging begins today. Once all the results are in, auction lists will be posted on Friday and the auction itself will take place all day on Saturday.
