Outside the Wheel Barn

Mike Criswell’s blog post yesterday reminded me that I had a whole morning of photos from last year’s NxNW expedition to the Palouse that I had not yet edited. I broke open the folder last night and started playing with pictures from the Wheel Barn (or Artisans at the Dahmen Barn if you’re feeling official). Here’s one of the more abstract ones that I rather liked. We visited at sunrise so the light was wonderfully warm and directional.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/8
  • Camera: NIKON D810
  • Focal length: 300mm
  • ISO: 400
  • Shutter speed: 1/180s

Thanks for the reminder, Mike! I had a few in there that I had completely forgotten about.
