Cal Crutchlow, Grand Prix of the Americas 2016

British rider Cal Crutchlow of MotoGP team LCR Honda won the Czech Grand Prix today and, with his victory, left me feeling very old. He’s the first British rider to win a MotoGP race in 35 years, the last being in 1981 by Barry Sheen who was a sporting icon while I was at high school.

The question now, of course, is can Crutchlow repeat this performance during the British Grand Prix next Sunday?

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/11
  • Camera: NIKON D810
  • Exposure bias: +3/6EV
  • Focal length: 380mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 1/250s
