Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow

One of the many highlights of my trip back to Scotland was a day spent wandering the streets of Glasgow with John Farnan. We started out in the west end, wandering through the University of Glasgow (where, as an alumnus, I also had to buy a t-shirt) and ended up in the city centre. I would have loved to have been there with a larger camera and a tripod at dusk but, as it was, I only had the X20 and I had a train to catch so I didn’t get to do a lot of arty photography. That said, I’m pretty happy with the pictures I did get. Here’s one taken in Royal Exchange Square towards the end of our walk.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/2.8
  • Camera: X20
  • Exposure bias: +67/100EV
  • Focal length: 25.6mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 1/170s
