Chairs in the Texas House Chamber

Each chair in the Texas House of Representatives chamber in the state capitol sports a gold State of Texas seal. Over in the Senate, the chairs are larger and retiring senators get to keep theirs. I’m not sure whether the same perk applies to members of the house, though.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/19
  • Camera: NIKON D810
  • Focal length: 200mm
  • ISO: 64
  • Shutter speed: 20s
