Tinto in Winter

Today is St. Andrew’s Day (Scotland’s equivalent to St. Patrick’s Day but with less partying involved) so that gives me a decent excuse to post this picture from my last trip home over Thanksgiving week last year. This is a snap of Tinto taken from The Beeches in Lanark during a beautifully cold, crisp walk I took one morning last November.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/8
  • Camera: X20
  • Exposure bias: +1EV
  • Focal length: 28.4mm
  • ISO: 100
  • Shutter speed: 1/600s
