Brendon Leitch at Circuit of the Americas

This year, I had the distinct pleasure of working for New Zealand-based Formula 4 sponsor Dayle ITM providing photography coverage of their driver Brendon Leitch and his Kiwi Motorsport team during a couple of race weekends at Circuit of the Americas. I’ve only published a couple of the resulting pictures (you can find them here) so I decided to run a series this week containing some of my favorite on- and off-track images of Brendon from those weekends.

This image was taken on a dull Friday morning during the first F4 practice session held during Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend on October 20th.

You can find all my 2017 F4 images on my SmugMug site at https://davewilson.smugmug.com/Sports/US-F4-Championship-2017/.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/5.6
  • Camera: NIKON D500
  • Focal length: 150mm
  • ISO: 400
  • Shutter speed: 1/125s
