Cholla

Cholla cacti are a very common sight across the high plains of New Mexico. This one, seen backlit just before sunset, was in the village of El Dorado near Santa Fe.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/8
  • Camera: NIKON D500
  • Focal length: 460mm
  • ISO: 400
  • Shutter speed: 1/125s
