Nubble Lighthouse, Maine

I was wandering through old pictures last night and came across the set I had taken during our 2014 NxNW trip to Maine and Acadia National Park. On the drive up to Bar Harbor, we stopped for a while in York to see Nubble Lighthouse or, as it is more properly known, the Cape Neddick Light. It was a dull, stormy, hazy day so not ideal for photography but the textures in the ocean made for a few interesting shots.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/22
  • Camera: NIKON D700
  • Focal length: 40mm
  • ISO: 100
  • Shutter speed: 1.5s
