Aloe and Bluebonnets

Let’s step away from motorsport for a couple of days (but prepare for more next week because MotoGP is in town this weekend). Drew and I took a trip out to the Wildflower Center last week and the bluebonnets were in full bloom. Here’s an image of a group of American Aloe (Agave americana) in front of a bed of Texas Bluebonnets (Lupinus texensis).

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/9.5
  • Camera: NIKON D500
  • Focal length: 116mm
  • ISO: 280
  • Shutter speed: 1/250s
