Saturday was quite a day in our little Texas town of Dripping Springs with the very first event for Pride of Dripping Springs. The 12 hour, noon to midnight, party was attended by a couple of thousand (my estimate), happy, colourful members and supporters of the local LGBTQ community, all having a great time. It was a truly wonderful thing to be among such a vibrant, diverse group of folks, all being so nice to each other!
