Musical Dollards

I always love having the opportunity to take pictures for friends so was delighted when Lue and Joe Dollard approached me to take some family pictures recently. We got together last Wednesday and, given that their whole family is incredibly musical (the parents are both professional players and sons Johnny and Quentin are both gifted on their horns too) we decided to play on the theme and posed them with their collection of instruments. Here’s one of the results which I think sums this great group of folks up quite nicely.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/4
  • Camera: OM-1
  • Focal length: 40mm
  • ISO: 200
  • Shutter speed: 1/180s
