Superdome

This shot was taken during a quick scouting flight at lunch time on December 31st after the Longhorn Band had finished a rehearsal in the New Orleans Superdome. I intended to come back the next evening and catch a similar scene at sunset on game day but, unfortunately, by that time, the clouds had rolled in and there was no colour in the sky at all. Maybe next time?

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/1.7
  • Camera: FC3582
  • Focal length: 6.72mm
  • ISO: 160
  • Shutter speed: 1/6000s
