I’m missing F1 this weekend but made up for it by attending the Dripping Springs Songwriters Festival yesterday afternoon. This event is now 11 years old but always sits on the same weekend as the big race so I’ve never had a chance to attend before. It turned out to be enormous fun with great music and a bunch of friends to bump into as I wandered between the 9 stages set up around the town center and photographed the various performers. Here’s a quick portrait of Aaron and Amanda Konzelman of “The Union Revival” whose set on the Deep Eddy Vodka Stage at Winehouse was one of my favourites.
