Rainey Street

Until a couple of years ago, Rainey Street, just east of Austin’s main downtown area, was a collection of quaint, old bars and clubs. Today, it’s the city’s development hotspot and soon to be home to the tallest building in Texas. The structure in the foreground is the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center, scheduled to open in late 2025.

For the technically inclined...

  • Aperture: ƒ/2.8
  • Camera: FC3411
  • Focal length: 8.38mm
  • ISO: 100
  • Shutter speed: 1/400s

Hi Amy! I’ve contacted you offline and should be able to help you out. This picture is on Flickr at https://www.flickr.com/photos/dawilson/53890042217/ but I don’t sell prints or licenses from there. Hopefully it’s clear, but it’s not legal to download All Rights Reserved images and use them without first obtaining a license.
