One of the outstanding entries in this year’s Lanimer Day procession in Lanark, Scotland was on the theme of ancient Egypt. Most of the participants in the floats are children but generally the adults helping out get into the spirit of the occasion too and dress up. The picture here shows one of the more scary participants.
