I spent a long time during our Seaholm Power Plant shoot in the huge vault underneath the turbine floor. This was about 3 stories deep and pretty much empty now that the turbines and associated pipework had been removed. All that was left were the walkways and stairs along with the hige concrete mounts that the turbines used to stand on.
It was enormously dark down here and the photos are doubly interesting since you can see features in the pictures that were not at all visible to the naked eye when the shots were being taken in the first place.

This is surreal. At first glance I thought this picture was a 3d rendering of some apocalypse/fall out game. Interesting details and the markings on the walls are intriguing.

Thanks, guys. I loved the receding polygons in this composition. All those concrete blocks gave the whole view a Lego kind of feel, I thought.
