TXRD: Preparing for Punishment

One aspect of Roller Derby that caught me by surprise is the penalty or punishment system. I’m not completely sure of the rules but it appears that particularly egregious rules violations are responded to by the semi-random assignment of some weird-and-wonderful forfeit. In this case, two players wait to hear their fate and, as far as I can remember, it involved having to pillow fight in the middle of the track with the winner chosen by crowd response volume.
