Texaco and Window




We reach the end of the Feed Station series with this shot of the Texaco-branded building. I tried to create some drama in this shot by using a wide angle lens from very close to the building and also by using a different camera angle. Of the set, I think this is my favourite shot.

Tomorrow we move back to the archives for another set of images that I missed on the initial edit.

Great series Dave – I’d love to see this place! The angle you’ve chose on this image seems quite good in that it really elongates the window, creating and enhancing the lines from the building to the Texaco star. Love the weathered look of the window frame and the metal siding. Good stuff my friend!
